For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
