    • 4 burger buns
    • BBQ sauce
    • Lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef Patties:

    • In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
    • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Press them slightly in the center to prevent bulging during cooking.
  2. Cook the Bacon:

  3. Cook the Patties:

    • Heat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on your desired doneness.
    • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt.
  4. Toast the Buns:

    • While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a separate pan until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the Burger:

    • Spread BBQ sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
    • Place a lettuce leaf, then the patty with melted cheese.
    • Add crispy bacon slices, tomato slices, and crispy onion rings if using.
    • Top with more BBQ sauce and the other half of the bun.

  6. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Serve the BBQ bacon cheeseburgers with sweet potato fries or a side of coleslaw for a perfect meal
